We offer a comprehensive 24-month manufacturer's warranty on all new watch and bracelet purchases, excluding final sale items. If the watch or bracelet proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge at the discretion of the Egard Warranty Department.

Egard is not responsible for return shipping fees of items being returned. Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to our facility. We offer a return policy free of restocking fees. Egard is committed to making your shopping experience a success and is offering free returns and exchanges. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise for up to 15 days from purchase for a full refund or exchange. Proof of purchase, such as a copy of the original sales receipt or packing slip invoice, is required for reimbursement of the full purchase price. Egard is not able to place exchange orders for orders that were placed with tender type Paypal. Web Returns · Enclose the Return Details along with the merchandise in a well-sealed box. We recommend that you return the item through a traceable shipper.** When processing your return, we will refund the same credit card and/or Certificate used to place the original order. Web Exchanges When processing your exchange, we will first refund the same credit used to place the original order, then charge you for the merchandise you are wanting in the exchange. In the event the item you want in exchange for your original purchase in not available you will be notified via email. *If you do not have your original Return Detail, please include the following information with your return or exchange: bill-to name, address and phone number; ship-to name, address and phone number; order number; reason for return or exchange; and requested exchange items if applicable. **We suggest that all returns and exchanges be sent via a trackable carrier such as UPS or FedEx.
